I am the owner and practicing physical therapist at Pathways Physical Therapy.

I have over 27 years experience as a physical therapist and have treated all types of conditions and age groups. Here at Pathways, we practice integrated manual therapy, one-to-one patient-to-therapist treatments in a private treatment room. You will get undivided attention in a small and personal setting, where you will be treated like a person, not a "diagnosis.

I have experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine, and all types of movement impairments. I can treat any condition from headaches, TMJ, post-concussion, post-surgical rehab, general orthopedic (necks, backs, shoulders, hips, and knees), and any type of movement impairment.

What is an INTEGRATED MANUAL physical therapist?

Just as doctors specialize in specific treatments, so can physical therapists.

The goal of ALL physical therapy is to:

  • Restore function

  • Improve movement

  • Increase mobility in cells, muscles, fascia, and tissue

  • Reduce pain and inflammation

  • Achieve an overall balance and well-being in every aspect of the body and mind

My experience and education is extensive in the area of manual therapy.

INTEGRATED means blending together a variety of modern and century old techniques, beyond just basic stretching, ultrasound, hot packs, and exercise.

MANUAL means involving direct contact of therapist hands to patient, to achieve restorative balance and homeostasis in all the body systems. Positive restorative benefits can be achieved in the emotional, physical, psychological, and neurological systems of the body.

THERAPY uses the above treatments as well as exercise, range of motion, and education to achieve balance and improved movement and function.
